I received texts and emails to sign forms before I arrive and pay any balance. Yet when I arrive I still have to stand in line at the cashier though I've paid and signed already only to sign another form saying I'm picking up my car, then go to stand in garage give them that paper only to have to wait for employee to get my keys and go find my car and pull it up by the front entrance. Even though I can see my car from the stand. They also park your car right by the stand which if there is someone in front of you your stuck. Why not pull up so secondary cars can use the extra lane to get out. All the while there is 6-10 Toyota employed standing outside on a smoke break.I was not sent a text for return transportation by Uber so I paid for a LYFT ride myself. Lauren Whipp was great except for the lack of Uber link at end of day. The rest of the process is way tmely for people who want to get to work or get home. Not happy and not sure I will return. More
Terrible service I went there to fix my cracked winshield and they made me wait like two weeks for a response. After all that time they send me a text message saying that they cannot do it because it was a rock that broke the winshield. And that’s not true, I told them the windshield cracked because of the hot wheather but nobody cared. Really bad experience. I tried to explained them what happened but they didn’t listen to me. They just wanted the money, they wanted me to pay. Toyota had to cover that since there was something wrong with the winshield From factory. I don’t know what else to do, they don’t care about the costumer... they CARE about the MONEY. Where is Toyota Care? Where is the smily faces we see in Toyota commercials? Terrible and sad experience. More

When I was searching and trying to get a quote, Toyota of DTLA was one of the dealer willing to work with me! The sale I am working with Ben is very professional and patient with me and will go all the way to fight for the best pricing possible... however, the one I was looking at was sold and the other vehicle they offer and to match my deal was not my ideal color. BUYER BEWARE! 2013 Experience in Used Sales Department I brought in my Toyota Corolla for a trade-in estimated, and while it was being reviewed, I went to check out the used vehicles and was helped out by I brought in my Toyota Corolla for a trade-in estimated, and while it was being reviewed, I went to check out the used vehicles and was helped out by Luz. I fell in love with a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Scion tC with 11k miles, took it for a test drive and was happy with the features listed, which included LoJack security system. My Toyota was appraised super low, but I was desperate to get rid of it so I went for it and discussed finance. They ran my credit, made their offer, I was able to negotiate it a little bit, so I felt I was actually getting a good deal. Then, when I'm just about to sign the contract, they tell me "Surprise! This is not a Certified vehicle, we were wrong. But we're not willing to lower the price." I should've walked out right then and there, so I take responsibility for being fooled by Toyota of DTLA. This review is to alert other buyers, because from what I read, this is a common practice they pull. I was unhappy with this new discovery, but I really wanted the car, so I negotiated a maintenance package and they accepted right away. Another red flag I ignored. We then move forward and I see that the financed amount is about 2k higher than what was previously agreed. Another surprise! The LoJack that was included in the features is now extra! The tag price actually didn't include a feature that was listed in the "included features". Red flag. Now, looking back, it seriously seems like I was part of a gag to see how much more of an idiot I was. I am embarrassed that I fell for it. I had the LoJack removed but still paid for it, because I accepted the tag price that was supposed to include it. I ended up purchasing the car for an inflated amount, because I came to find out that my lack of research cost me $10k. The same vehicle was being sold new with 0% APR for 5K less than what I paid for. Seriously, I'm glad these reviews are anonymous, because I was a complete idiot on this. I try to see this as "tuition money", because I learned from it, but I could've used without. There's a Honda right across the street, I should've refused to give this scam dealership my business. Oh also, the Service Dept. SUCKS. Danny is a great guy, but the service provided by his department sucks. However, that's for a different review. TL;DR: STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T LIKE BEING SCAMMED More

This is the worst experience my whole family had after buying six car from them. we bought a 2013 fr-s sport car with them. Are engine brock down at 49000 miles we broght it to fix and services department was the worst they blame us for the cause with out prove..we contacted the manufacturer and they also left us on the street with out a car..this process took to months fighting back and forward..they made me sing a document that i authorize the fix and if i dont they will not help me solved the situation. And in that document said that i was responsible of paying 2500 for the tear down if i was blame for it...so i didn't had no other option then sign the document. I called my extended warranty and they also said the same thing...i was speechless...after me signing, they call me next day services agent ruben blaming me for break down of my car he said that there was no oil on the car and it was over headed..i told him that there was no signs of oil light or anything but they refuse to accept..to make it short they never fix my car with extended warranty they made me paid service department 1500 for the tear down if not they threatened to put my car in lean at the bmv with out reason or prove of what cause the break down...i had to tow my car paid the tow truck to get my car out and then had to pick up my engine in pieces in my truck no one wanted to help me put the engine in my truck so disappointed...even the mechanic that was fixing my car gave me the worst services was loud and so disrespectful told me that he didn't need to help me put my engine on my truck that he doesn't get paid for that i couldnt believe it..!!!!!!!
