I was headed out for vacation, car wasn't running as smooth, fortunately I went to DTLA TOYOTA dealership, no appoin All I can say is Mike is my hero! On top of it all, my repairs were reasonably priced and no more than it would have been at another place, but I was able to get exceptional service and feel like a valued customer.
