Disappointing. I came in today evening for a test drive. The sales agent (Javier) was nice, the car was good, and I was ready to sign a deal. My sales agent went to get a finance agent to take over from there, and that's when the experience went bad. (I regret not getting his business card as I am not sure of his name.) First, he offered a price nearly $2300 higher than the price listed online. I showed him the price listed on cars.com & on the dealer's own website. I would like to believe the best of people and I understand that everyone makes honest mistakes, but this gave me pause. When he returned some time later to discuss further, he was unclear whether he was talking about a new Corolla or a used Camry. I am sure they have a high volume of clients, but given that I'd just showed him the web listing, I was surprised. In total I waited there for more than an hour in a mostly empty showroom, and we spoke for a total of 5 to 10 minutes. In the end, I had to walk away from a car that I really liked and was ready to buy. The sticking point was not the price. The sticking point was the impression that the person I worked with wasn't straightforward, wasn't informed, and wasn't interested in my business. Money isn't everything. When you are making a purchase this significant, you have to believe that you are in good hands. Today I couldn't believe that. More

I feel like I'm getting the best care for my car. Plus Michael and the service staff take care of me... making sure that I understand the process, that I get a Lyft to where I'm going, and let me know the minute it's done or if they have a suggestion. Also, I always leave with a story and a smile on my face! More

I always ask for him because of his excellent customer service. He always takes away my anxiety (that comes with cars) by answering all my questions, keeping me updated with the status of my car, and getting back to me promptly when I have a question about my car.
