This is my 5th car and in all my years of purchasing cars, I have never met a more friendly and knowledgable salesman Raymond delivered on the deal that we had discussed and kept his promises. I did not want to be stuck downtown all night and upsold items I didn’t need. Raymond kept his word. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour — definitely a record from the normal 3-4 hours of waiting, paperwork, pulling the car, etc. The staff and facilities were very clean and professional. Raymond had the Rav4 detailed, pulled up to the front for easy delivery and left it with a full tank of gas. My experience with Downtown Toyota and especially Raymond Lewis was amazing.
