I asked the salesman Marcel, if he could help me arrange some add-on parts, such as wheel locks, black out emblems, interior accessories and paint protection film - I estimate probably over $1000 of parts and service. The next day I had to call Marcel and ask for help, as I could not reach the Service Manager, he said he would contact him. I received no call, and so I purchased the majority of what I need from Long Beach Toyota and did the installation myself. I have received no follow-up calls from Marcel, and at this point don't need any, but I would recommend that you should consider adding a follow-up call to your post-sales process. It only takes a few minutes, and it would leave the buyer with a better feeling about the dealership, and caring about the customer, rather than just viewing it as another sale for the monthly quota. More
