They did not have what I wanted on the lot, but were able to get it there in just a few days. I feel confident that I was able to negotiate the best deal possible with Woodrow Dean. Refered by USAA buying service. Rachel Simmons was our assigned sales person. She found a couple of models that fit our criteria before we got there, when we arrived she took my wife on a test drive with assigned sales person. We took the information on both Siennas home after working out cost and trade in information with Paul. Very low preasure allowed us to deside that night on the model we wanted I called back the next day and told Wayne which model but because of prior appointments we would not be in til the next day. When we came in for our appointment the paperwork was ready, Rachel gave us a feature brief and we were on our way. Great low preasure car buying experance.
