In the past, usually the car was checked and suggestions about things to fix were given to keep the vehicle in excellent conditions. I think this service should continue. Thank you! More

When I arrived I was greeted by a kind young gentleman. I apologize, I forgot his name, I had opened my car door, he asked my name. I let him know why I had made my appointment. He ket me know they would change my oil and rotate my tires, which was a nice surprise. He said it would be an hour and it was much sooner than that. I received a video through text of my car inspection. I forgot that at my last visit. It's a nice addition to the services that Toyota provides. I had a quick visit with one of Toyota's internet salesman, PJ Caffrey, a long time family friend. It's always nice to see a familiar face. Thank you for the kind, courteous service and taking good care of my Rav4. I appreciate your service. More
