Lucky, i had bought an extended warranty thru Toyota Finance when we bought the car. Jay went out of way to take care of the issue, even though we bought the car in AZ. This is the "go the extra mile" type service that will keep me coming back and even purchase a new/used car from Toyota of Denton when the time comes for replacement. More

Carrie Tremble Excellent Ongoing Customer Service I do not take it lightly when a individual consistently make an effort to satisfy and derive a solution before the customer does. This time I arrive I do not take it lightly when a individual consistently make an effort to satisfy and derive a solution before the customer does. This time I arrive at the dealership just a little before closing time with a nail in my tire. Carrie would not allow me to take the chance of just airing up the tire realizing i could get strained. She requested the patched to play it safe. I appreciate her looking out for me and not just thinking it is time to go home. Needless to say Carrie has been extremely helpful and pleasant upon numerous occasions. Thanks you Carrie, for making it easy for me to visit Toyota of Denton Service Center. The only reason I could not give the dealership a 5 star rating is for the following. I really like Raphael Munoz. He is kind and goes above and beyond most sales people. He even gives a follow up to make sure we are confident in our purchase. 1. I actually had to pay $2.19 for a soda there. Really? What a rip! Even worse than a convenience store. I know the dealership receives no profit from that, but next time I will bring my own. I hope they will get rid of that vendor and go back to the "old way" of doing things. However, I know I can still get a free donut in the mornings! 2. I know every time I go there to purchase a vehicle, it will take at least 3 hours. Doesn't matter if I'm paying cash or financing or if I have all my own items set up. I still have to wait for what seems like forever. More

I contacted service advisor Carrieann Tremble who immediately checked my service profile and indicated that a tire rotation was necessary. Instead of scheduling an appointment she immediately communicated with service personnel who took my vehicle into the shop. In short order my service was completed and I was on my way. Carrieann Tremble has always been my service advisor. She is always personable, professional, and thorough. Thus far my purchasing and service experience at Toyota of Denton has been exemplary. More
