Have bought 2 prius in past 10 years. Excellent service I have bought 2 Prius from toyota denton in last 10 years and will buy my third one here as well. The servive dept is awesome. On my first prius the hybrid battery failed at 200k. They got Toyota to replace it for $1400 out of pocket which saved me about $1600. I got another 100k out of that car and traded it for a 2017 Prius. The service department is very professional. Carrie, Alex, Jay, Steve and Carlos have all provided me with excellent service. I get everything but tire rotations here. I hope i never need to use my lifetime powertrain warranty, but i know if i need it these people will honor it. More
