He was there waiting for me and he thoroughly explain what the service would be for my car. It needed an oil change and tire rotation. He told me how much it would cost and why he recommended the tire rotation. I feel like he genuinely cares about his customers. He is very patient with me as a senior citizen and I feel confident he is trying to take care of my vehicle for my best interest. He is extremely polite and respectful and a wonderful P.R. person for Denton Toyota! Harriet More

He diagnosed my issue and repaired it within a couple of hours, including an oil change, I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, and will be returning to Toyota of Denton for as long as Jay is employed there. New Car I purchased a vehicle recently. The experience was not bad, but there wasn't necessarily in particular that made it stand out. What bothered me is thi I purchased a vehicle recently. The experience was not bad, but there wasn't necessarily in particular that made it stand out. What bothered me is this is the fourth car I've bought. I know the process of negotiation, and I don't enjoy being talked down to. The salesperson initially was friendly, but by the end seemed more interested in simply having the transaction be over. The time spent waiting for financing was also very lengthy, and I have seven credit inquiries on my report from one day. I understand it was difficult to have the full loan approved, but seven inquiries? I discovered some minor damage I had not seen when I got home---some scratches to the paint/chips, a chip in the windshield (although it had previously been fixed), and one of the inside speakers is busted. I enjoy the new car quite a bit, but I won't necessarily be compelled to go there in the future. More

Corporate Toyota and of course Toyota of Denton are most fortunate in having such a professional as a Service Advisor.. The Nicest Car Dealership Hands DOWN! My husband and I went to Toyota of Denton in hopes of purchasing a car for him. He needed a car with specific safety standards and amenities. Within two hours a deal was made for a new car- financing, trade-in, the whole process was simple! Within three hours a deal was made for a second car- I certainly wasn't expecting to buy a new car. Tyler was our salesperson and he was great. His friendly personality and ability to listen to what we wanted was what sold, not only the cars, but the dealership as well. Alex, the manager, was very friendly and helpful when dealing with us. He gave us realistic quotes for trade-ins and payments. He also answered our questions in a manner that reassured us we were making good decisions. Roland in financing was amazing. He made us feel comfortable and answered our questions in a manner that was reassuring and not condescending. Roland is very good at his job and definitely knows what he is doing! It was a pleasure doing business with Toyota of Denton! More
transfer case issues Andy and the service manager worked through issues involving warranty and parts to come up with a resolution that fixed my problem to me satisfaction. Their decision was based on doing what they felt was best in regard to taking care of the customer and taking me out of the catch 22 of being between the warranty people and the parts people of which neither one wanted to accept responsibility. I have a lot of faith in the service department and the service techs, who do an outstanding job with little appreciation sometimes. More
