(((( ALERT DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP under current management and its Sales staff ))) I was in Toyota of Denton to buy a new car against a trade in . All was so good and nice when you Walked in for management and its Sales staff ))) I was in Toyota of Denton to buy a new car against a trade in . All was so good and nice when you Walked in for the first time . THAT WAS THE LAST TIME you saw them so sweet and nice . I waited for several week as agreed by me ,before my booked Car came to the dealership . Was called by the Manager ALEX KING to come and we agreed to finalize the deal after 3 days at 5:30 pm.( CAR WILL WAIT FOR ME ) Now then on the day when I was there all the rudness,negative attitude,unprofessionalism I can go on with all the words the Sales staff showed towards me . My question was just 1.Hey no tints.. Reply it comes like this you want to buy , buy it or leave it . Ok I ignored thinking it is his age . Then my 2nd question $38000 car no foot Mats. Answer : It comes like this you want it take it or leave it . I was so shocked with the reply of the sales person when he responded in this way because I was not buying this car free and neither begging or die if did get it. Manager Alex King came and was very sorry and asked another Sales rep to work with me . ( THEY ALL ARE SAME ) What happened next was even more annoying . They wanted to trade in my Car for $ 5000 less of what the market is . I asked them to reconsider, they said you can go next door to Carmax and get it apprased and if they give what you are telling we will give you that . I told them it is 6:30 pm I am tired and you guys will be gone also . Reply was oh no just send me the picture of the appraisal on my phone and I will send you the price list and we can go from there . ( I think they were not expecting this to happen ) So went to the car Max got it appraised and they sended me the appraisal at 8pm with the price I told them at the DentonToyota dealership. My immediate action Called the sales person he never answered , Call went on to the voice mail left him the message . He never called back . Called and texted the manager no response . After 20 minutes of struggle reply from them came ((( computer texting ) oh come on we are waiting . I replied reached home coming back will be there in 20 minutes or 25 . Reply from them YOU WENT HOME,WE ARE LEAVING . I texted and texted but no reply . Went back to the dealership was at there entrance in 15 minutes 8;32 but not a single person was there and the gates were locked . It seems to me they were just texting and in actual they were not there . Very next morning received the text let's final it today .I said okay sended them the appraisal . Reply from the Sales person ok working on it but cannot hold the car . I ignored it , 2nd time oh Manager in meeting will let you know . But letting you know during this process cannot hold the car . Texted him back please stop this as this sounds you are blackmailing me . How can you sell the car to other person when you are finalizing the papers . He said I am not blackmailing you Letting you know if it is taken by other customer we cannot hold it I called him back and told him I was not happy with what they are doing to me and this is not right . Even I told him you said I can send him the picture of the appraisal last night and I don't need to come He then raised his voice on phone saying NOW YOU LISTEN TO ME , WE WAITED FOR YOU YESTERDAY TILL 8PM AND YOU WENT HOME (((( WE HAVE FAMILIES )))) . So now my question is who is working for toyota?Who manages them to stay back ? Who gave me and told me to come back late ? I called off my deal because of following reasons . 1..They are dishonest 2.They are Rude, 3.They lie right on your face. 4.They Cheat you and when you finds out they try to divert it by creating issues and delay tactics like these . As they were unable to get $5k profit from me . 5.i would say if Staff is like this,then the management is the one to be blamed. As it must be their policy. I wrote so much to let other know and Share my experience. So if you go there do keep in mind all this . I PLEDGE ALL THIS IS TRUE . Sales guy was great. Mohammed. Finance department told me the equity in my car would be given to me on Monday. We made the deal the previous Friday. 11 days later they’re Mohammed. Finance department told me the equity in my car would be given to me on Monday. We made the deal the previous Friday. 11 days later they’re not giving us the check they’ve had ready since Monday. They’re refusing to because they don’t have the title from my finance company. They sent a check vs wiring, the money, and the Finance company is going to mail the title. Meanwhile my 15k in equity is sitting in their office. So they can refuse to give me what they owe for my car after the power of attorney to where the title goes directly to them, but somehow can market and try to sell the car without the title in hand. Seems a little backwards to me. I wouldn’t be so mad if they wouldn’t have lied about when I would get paid. Honestly I would have just gone somewhere else where I would get a check on the spot like I did 8 weeks prior. They won’t get my business again. More

This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had. Toyota of Denton honestly doesn’t know what they are doing especially the service dept. Advisors and management don’t like to answer or return calls Toyota of Denton honestly doesn’t know what they are doing especially the service dept. Advisors and management don’t like to answer or return calls. We will definitely be taking our money and vehicle to another Toyota dealership even if I the drive is an hour or more to get serviced.
