I can not give a honest rating, I did not take delivery of the vehicle like I was hoping for, also when talking to my sales rep he was very nice and respectful. I noticed that some employees did not acknow of the vehicle like I was hoping for, also when talking to my sales rep he was very nice and respectful. I noticed that some employees did not acknowledge me when they stared at you walking by. The deal was made by telling me its done, the sales rep was told by the manager its done at the price I wanted and giving a down payment. I was waiting and the deal was not done. They said I would have to wait until Saturday, so I told my sales rep they have until 12pm if not im taking my deposit and going somewhere else. So the true rating for the dealership is poor, until I see results. I was brought up when you give your word that is your bond. The sales rep is Ruben Flores he was nice and respectful. More
