2015 Highlander Hybrid First Service I have three Toyota's (2003 4Runner, 2012 Prius V, 2015 Highlander Hybrid) that all get serviced here. Would not even think of getting them serviced I have three Toyota's (2003 4Runner, 2012 Prius V, 2015 Highlander Hybrid) that all get serviced here. Would not even think of getting them serviced at the other local Toyota dealer near here in Chattanooga. This was my new Highlanders first service and it measured up in every way to the level of expertise that I have come to expect from over a decade of doing business together. More

Surprised and Pleased Start of my Matrix did not sound right and no clue what might be the problem. I called on Monday after Thanksgiving asking for an appointment on Tues Start of my Matrix did not sound right and no clue what might be the problem. I called on Monday after Thanksgiving asking for an appointment on Tuesday morning. The Service Advisor turned the key and said 'battery' and I said, "No, I just got a new battery." He said they would check it out. A short time later he came for me and they had replaced the battery which was under warranty at no charge. Toyota of Cleveland takes very good care of my Matrix and I am a happy Toyota owner. More
