Brought in our RAV for scheduled maintenance. Mr. Cookson got my car back to me very promptly. The info included pictures of some of the areas checked for ware showing no problems. A nice touch. Took a long time to get checked in for my appt at 12:15 on a Saturday. Was told it would last ~3 hours and I’d be notified when the car was ready. Didn’t hear anything until 4:40 when I got a call saying t on a Saturday. Was told it would last ~3 hours and I’d be notified when the car was ready. Didn’t hear anything until 4:40 when I got a call saying they close at 5:00 and if I didn’t get there before 5:00, the car would be locked in until Tuesday morning (after Labor Day). Luckily I live 15 min away so I got there in time, but this was horrible service – appt took longer than they said and no warning ahead of time about this policy. More
