Excellent Top Notch Service Experience! I just had my 2013 Corolla in for 40000 service check. German Alfaro ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I was concerned about a noise when driving. He immediately had manager Tom Braun come and speak with me. Tom took my car out to listen for the thumping noise. He even took the time to call my brother to explain what the noise was. They made sure car was safe for me to drive! Safety first they both commented. They were both extremely kind and professional, I was not just another car ... In for service.
