Greetings, I always get great service at Toyota in Bowie. Everyone is professional and courteous. Karl sold me my car and every time I come for service he acknowledges me with such kindness and professionalism. I also love how the technician texted me with additional service needed, the price of that service and the option to do it now or later. That saved time. I wish there were car wash service, but overall…excellent service!!!

I was not funny to me that my car was kept for 5 days only for me to start the car right there and the problm that took me came back the same.I had to leave the car there again with no definite date and start looking for transport to go home.I doubt if someone actually tested the car before calling me to come pay and pick up.
