Excellent Customer Service Found the car I was interested in, but wanted to test drive two different models. They had both models ready to go when I arrived. After the test drive I decided on a Highlander as it was a better handling vehicle than the 4Runner. They did not have the color I wanted in the building, but they were able to snag one at another dealership in Virginia. I then had to wait a few days for delivery and they delivered to my house. I could not be happier with the service from these guys. I did all of this with a one and a half year old by my side. They were quick and courteous. He didn't play any games and was a straight shooter, it's hard not to respect a man like that, let alone a car salesman. I was particular in the car I wanted and James did not hesitate to make the extra effort and to personally pick up my desired vehicle from another dealer. He made himself available at all hours and even humored me throughout the process. He was gracious in giving his expert advice and insight throughout my decision.
