I come to th8s dealership for oil changes. Not too bad. Service Center needs some improvement. Oil change appt should not take 4hrs. I dropped my car off on Friday for the dealership to address a recall issue and had an 8:30 am appointment. At noon, I received a call informing me that, due to the recall parts being on a first-come, f address a recall issue and had an 8:30 am appointment. At noon, I received a call informing me that, due to the recall parts being on a first-come, first-served basis (something I was unaware of and doubt is accurate), they lacked the necessary part in stock when they were ready to begin working on my car. I was the second appointment of the day. I left my car overnight for them to tackle first thing Saturday morning, but it wasn't ready until noon. Moreover, the shuttle service they usually provide during the week isn’t available on weekends. Visiting this dealership turned out to be a significant waste of time and a major inconvenience. I will not return for future services. More
