I had a unique situation and I was treated as though I had an 750 credit score. I was offered refreshments while I was waiting, Andrew constantly kept me up to date on what was going on in the back offic had an 750 credit score. He even had another employee to bring the vehicle to my house because I was there alone. He was oustanding. Leo was also awesome. My husband and I just recently purchased a Toyota Prius at Toyota of Bowie. We had numerous discussions with Scott Snyder, the Sales Consultant, even before we went to the dealership and we were impressed at Toyota of Bowie. We had numerous discussions with Scott Snyder, the Sales Consultant, even before we went to the dealership and we were impressed his knowledge and professionalism. Based on our discussions, my husband and I were looking forward to meeting and working with Scott. Once there we were more impressed with him. For one thing, he was not pushy or aggressive like some we have encountered at other dealerships. Soott was friendly and so, so, knowledgable about the Prius that we interested in purchasing. He worked to get a fair price on our trade-in without trying to short changed us. When we went for the test drive, he would have answers to questions, before we even asked them. The process with Scott did not take as long as it usually does when you go to a car dealership (which is basically an all day thing). He even took the time to go with us to the Parts Deparment to make sure we got the right accessories that we wanted to order for new Prius. We purchased our car on Friday and he send us an email on Friday evening, thanking us for our business, and called us on Monday to make sure everything was okay and that we were satisfied with the new car. Renee Bates, the Finance Manager was great. She worked to get us the best interest rate she could. She was knowledgeable and gave us good financial advice to help us through the process. She was friendly and had a good sense of humor. She made sure that all the paperwork was in order and completed correctly. My husband and I were a little bit concerned about the paperwork for the Motor Vehicle Administration, but Renee assured us that everything would be fine, and it was. She made us feel secure about the entire process. We could not have asked for better service. My husband and I was more than satisfied with the experience at Toyota of Bowie, and the service of Scott, and Renee. We love our Prius. David and Pattie Agee More

Im 59 yrs old and have bought at least 20 new cars and trucks in my lifetime and have to say this is without a doubt the best dealership I have ever delt with a great trade in allowance and a great deal on a new Toyota Corolla LE. Told Scott what I wanted and they met my needs.Had the car undercoated the folling day at the dealership. Same thing they were on time for my appointment and the car was ready when they said it would be and did a great job! Same goes for the rest of the process the aftermarket and finacinal people were great also. Truely this is the dealership all others need to strive to become. More

My husband and I were in the market for either a new Honda Civic or new Toyota Corolla. At our very first visit ever to a Toyota dealership we were welcomed by Vince, Jr who was turned out to be a grea Honda Civic or new Toyota Corolla. At our very first visit ever to a Toyota dealership we were welcomed by Vince, Jr who was turned out to be a great sales rep in every way: friendly, patient, communicative and ready to find out the answer to every one of our million questions. Never having been exposed to Toyotas before we were going back and forth making a decision between the two brands . Vince was super patient and took us out for multiple test drives. As USAA members we had a base price that was quite competitive with Honda. If it were just Vince, Jr running the dealership we would have purchased the Corolla hands down. HOWEVER, we could never get a straight answer as to the price of the Corolla through Toyota of Bowie. After literally 7 hours of our time over 2 days at the dealership (with a 3 year old in tow) we were told that in order to get the final price we'd need to sign an agreement that we were in fact going to purchase the vehicle and we could walk away from the agreement should we not be happy with the final numbers. The management further indicated that they couldn't find out the exact USAA price for the vehicle unti they ran its VIN number - and wouldn't do so until we agreed to buy it. When I pressed back and asked why I'd have to sign something before knowing the price the answer was the dealership didn't want us wasting their time as a tire kicker and shopping around for a cheaper vehicle. COME ON! First of all this is an antiquated sales tactic which I find frankly comical in this day and age of the internet. Secondly - it's doesn't seem ethical given my USAA request. Meanwhile I had contacted O'Donnell Honda in Ellicott City. Before I ever spoke to them or stepped foot in their dealership they emailed me in writing their best quote base on my USAA request. Even though the Honda turned out to be $300 more - we went with O'Donnell HOnda due to their upfront no pressure sales approach. It's a shame that Vince, Jr has such poor management backing him. He's a great guy and I'd work with him in the future at any other dealership in a minute! More
Vince Jr welcome me upon my visit and was very helpful in my car buying experience. Because i was buying and FJ Cruiser, they had to find one. I visited Toyota of Bowie last week and purchased a Corolla from Scott Snyder. The experience was great from start to finish. However, when I come across someone who goes above and beyond just to help someone, I feel it necessary to point out. I visited Toyota of Bowie last week looking for a new car for my wife. When I arrived at the dealership, I was a little apprehensive about the whole experience since the car buying process is rather new to me (hadn't bought a new car since college :-) The salesman I worked with, Scott Snyder, took the time to walk me through the entire process and answer all my questions like I was his friend, not a potential buyer. His overall demeanor is unlike any other salesman I've come across and I know he will be quite successful in whatever he does. It also doesn't hurt that he was knowledgeable about the cars he is selling. Toyota of Bowie is lucky to have him, as I was fortunate to be his customer. More
