Bad service I recently took my car in to have a door latched replace only to find that they damage the strip on the door and the door was misaligned. So when I t I recently took my car in to have a door latched replace only to find that they damage the strip on the door and the door was misaligned. So when I took it back to them to have them fix the problem, they only replaced the strip on the door and not the misaligned door. This was after having my car for over two weeks. If they couldn't do the job, why not just say so at the beginning. This resulted in me never going back to their service department and never recommending anyone again. More

Horrible Experience with Sales Person I bought a 2020 Toyota corolla at Toyota of Bowie and after I was made to sign that I have received two keys for the vehicle during the paperwork, aft I bought a 2020 Toyota corolla at Toyota of Bowie and after I was made to sign that I have received two keys for the vehicle during the paperwork, after the car was delivered to me I was given only one key. I asked the sales representative about the second key and he lied to me that I can come back later to collect the second key. I came back later but the key was not given to me, I was told they would have to cut it for me at some very inconvenient time. It was obvious they have misplaced the second key and did not make any effort to get me another one. The sales person, I think his name is Ayodele was very unprofessional, rude and lack integrity in his dealing with me. What an overall horrible experience with the Sales Rep! More

Great service Due to buying my previously leased vehicle bought in Va but transferring everything to Md, I had to spend several hours at this dealership. Having to have an inspection, a fixed recall, new tires and several pages of info to be filled out, took up most of the day!!! I was treated so nicely by everyone there, especially Peter Morfaw, who had to help me along the whole way, and Allen Enfield in service, who moved things along as quickly as possible!! Also appreciated Dan in getting things all wrapped up, and Kenny(?) for his friendliness. ( sorry guys, didn't catch last names!! I appreciate your ability to get a VERY involved process done in one day! Than you!!! More

He was incredibly friendly, informative, and Very helpful, kind, clear and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want - just listened and helped me make the best choice for me, He drove all the way 40miles to my house to pick me up & then get the exact car in exact color which he had to get from another store to make me 101% satisfied with my new 2018 CH-R. I feel like we got a great deal, and would recommend Toyota of Bowie to anyone in the area. I just want to say everyone who read my review If you need a new car, you owe it to yourself to make an appointment with Fayyaz. You won't find a better salesman. Will do business with them again.
