This was my second visit to the Bowie service center. I found the staff and technicians to be professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. His advice and guidance on service have been outstanding and has led to utter reliability of the Toyotas that my family drives. We have been driving Toyotas of different models consistently since 1989 and we currently have three of them (a 2008 Solara convertible, 2009 Camry and a 2011 Avalon). (By the way, if he isn't around or too busy when you first come, the rest of the team we've encountered are all plenty good enough.) We buy Toyotas because we can count on them to last long enough to have driven them around the earth many times (if we want to, otherwise just back and forth and here and there).
