This was my second visit to the Bowie service center. I found the staff and technicians to be professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I left the dealership feeling great about how I was accomodated and am thankful for this opportunity to recognize Christina Hennigan for her graciousness and understanding toward me both professionally and personally. The art of customer service has become almost exstinct in our community, so I found this service experience to be simply AMAZING and I look forward to a long and continued business relationship with Bowie Toyota Scion service center. I currently own 2 Toyota vehicles: Tacoma and a 4-Runner. I have both serviced by Toyota of Bowie, specifically Mr. Robert (Bob) Clodfelter. He is absolutely "the best"! He genuinely cares about his customers and that is why I will not deal with any service manager except "Bob"! I had to make an unexpected visit for service last week and Bob took great care of me, as usual! I got a "diagnosis" within about an hour and drove off the lot about another hour after that. I have been going to Toyota/Scion of Bowie for over ten years. I have always found that they offered the best balance of service, price and courteousness of any Toyota dealer that I've worked with. Mr. Bob Clodfelter, the service representative that I have worked with, has always been the greatest to work with at this establishment. His advice and guidance on service have been outstanding and has led to utter reliability of the Toyotas that my family drives. We have been driving Toyotas of different models consistently since 1989 and we currently have three of them (a 2008 Solara convertible, 2009 Camry and a 2011 Avalon). I trust Mr. Bob Clodfelter implicitly with all three of these cars and the service recommendations he makes that are required for these cars. More

In recent years, we have been even more satisfied by the down-to-earth, detail-oriented, consistent, reliable service of our two Toyotas by our service advisor, Bob Clodfelter. (By the way, if he isn't around or too busy when you first come, the rest of the team we've encountered are all plenty good enough.) We buy Toyotas because we can count on them to last long enough to have driven them around the earth many times (if we want to, otherwise just back and forth and here and there). We have our service attended too by Mr. Clodfelter and thereby achieve utter reliability, every day, in every season, every year. More

On Saturday, September 21, 2013 I purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon XLE for Toyota of Bowie and Ms. Michelle Makel, Sales Representative and Mr. James B. Both of these employees not only provided outstanding customer service they were also very courteous, professional and attentive to my needs which is the main reason I purchased the car. There was also a gentleman in the Finance Department named "Leo" who was very professional and took the time to fully explain the process regarding my purchase. In general the entire staff was very professional. More
