The design inside and out is even better than models from previous years. They took time to fully show and explain Toyota's vehicles to me including the one I decided to buy. Compared to some lots I have visited, I was happy that they took the time to thoroughly show me the model first, inside and out, including under the hood with plenty of helpful information including a nice test drive. When you are car shopping you want to see cars, not talk about contact info, prices or paperwork until later. They were not pushy and very friendly, they worked with me for hours to negotiate a good deal. I felt encouraged to drive away with a car that had all the options I wanted at a price I can afford.
