One phrase: lots of confusion. I was assigned to Memuna as my service specialist but she was so busy on the phone with whoever that one of her colleagues had to help me get the ser I was assigned to Memuna as my service specialist but she was so busy on the phone with whoever that one of her colleagues had to help me get the service process started. I asked for a shuttle to come get me and I was told they would come and announce when the shuttle was there. I waited almost an hour and nothing, so I went and asked again and I was sent to the cashier to give her my address AGAIN. Then the driver calls me saying he’s at my house. Of course I was confused and so was he. I then told him who I was and where I was and he sounded embarrassed. He eventually pulls up to the service area and I get in and he takes me home. My appointment was at 2pm, I didn’t hear about my car until around 4:30-5pm. I was told my vehicle was ready but when I got there it wasn’t. I ended up being the last customer to leave out around 6pm. Turns out my car was ready but with Memuna being incognito the other service rep didn’t really know what was going on. So I sat longer than I needed to. More
