On my last service visit before turning in my 2019 Toyota Camry XLE for a new Vehicle at the Same Dealership, I was very pleased to receive a modified Toyota Care servicing. Mohammed "Moe" is my Service A Camry XLE for a new Vehicle at the Same Dealership, I was very pleased to receive a modified Toyota Care servicing. Mohammed "Moe" is my Service Advisor in the Service Department after my previous Advisor moved on. As always, the vehicle was checked in for the appointment previously made. I was then brought to Mohammed to write up my service order on the car for it's 6 month Toyota Care which I kept up personally after the Complimentary one which was part of the vehicle care. Keeping it up assures the vehicle running well as it is monitored. Mohammed and I agreed what work should be included since the vehicle was going to be turned over to the dealership for purchase at the time of arranging the future new lease. I waited in the very comfortable waiting area with TV, comfortable furniture and also Comp Beverage Station. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs by another staff member. He was also informing the other customers of their vehicles. In about an hour or so Mohammed directed me to the Cashier. After paying, I was informed when the next service was suggested. I was directed to the parking lot which was informed I was heading to have my car ready. The car was brought to me at the gate. Another pleasant service visit to the Service Department at Toyota of Bay Ridge. I will continuing using the Service Department with the leasing of the new vehicle, More

Several visits to one problem may not resolve, as in my case. The cost is sky rackets. I dropped my Prius 2013 at Bay Ridge. Toyota for Air conditioning was repaired on 7/15/22 and received on 7/22/22. case. The cost is sky rackets. I dropped my Prius 2013 at Bay Ridge. Toyota for Air conditioning was repaired on 7/15/22 and received on 7/22/22. The cost was $3,532. I paid to avoid losing the diagnostic fee. The repair was not good, and my air conditioner was still the same. I returned my car on 8/22 and paid over $700. Still, the same problem exists after two visits and paid over $4,200. Again, I returned the vehicle to Bay Ridge Toyota on 9/29 and still, till today, 10/4, no information on what they still did not repair or when I can receive the vehicle. Pray for me, please! Had an appointment at 10 am ,the employee told me it will be ready at 3pm I left and came back at 3 as he said ,asked him if its done ,he said not yet and at 4 pm asked him if its done ,the checked and sai be ready at 3pm I left and came back at 3 as he said ,asked him if its done ,he said not yet and at 4 pm asked him if its done ,the checked and said yes we will start now ,when he said thaat i was shocked ,have been waiting 6 hours for nothing The worse dealership ever ,ridiculous More
