Excellent Buying Experience I was in the market for a secondary vehicle, specifically a FJ Cruiser. The very next morning, I had a response..it was still available. In a very short time I was in touch with the Pre-Owned manager, Juan. We spoke on the phone and I explained to Juan exactly what I was looking for, my budget and down payment. Juan assured me that he would do everything he could to meet my budget requirements. A few days later, I went to meet Juan and test drive the vehicle. Once at the dealership I was greeted by Juan and Karmeila. They are both very professional and courteous but at the same time very "down to earth". They made me feel very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them. After the test drive was over, it was time to talk numbers. As Juan had previously assured me, he indeed was able to work within my budget. When I went to pick the vehicle up, Juan had thrown in a set of all weather floor mats. This guy is the real deal. Mark got me the best insurance quote, Ray informed me of all the warranties and what I get and how to service my car and Juan worked the communication with the banks like the Wolf of Wall Street! These 3 guys made my dream come true! I drove out with my new Camry and the price point I wanted the same day! Since then i have referred friends and family and will continue to do so.
