They scam you here. I'm not sure how this place has a 4.5 rating and how other people got good servic, perhaps we ended up with the wrong salesman and finance manager bu I'm not sure how this place has a 4.5 rating and how other people got good servic, perhaps we ended up with the wrong salesman and finance manager but this place ripped my mother off completely. It was smooth talk with the salesman, a lot of bs about discounts and the car costing $28,000. It ended up costing over $42,000 for a USED 2015 Sienna. Like another reviewer said the salesman and finance manager create this scary situation as if your car will fall apart in a couple of years and convince you to take on a bunch of contracts without specifying the true cost of it all. The finance manager had my mother sign on a pin pad unable to review the paperwork until after signing and it was about 9pm so everyone just wanted to get home. We trusted these people and instead of applying our $10,000 downpayment towards the car loan they pocketed it into multiple contracts we don't need for what we found out totaled $7,000 and on top they pocketed another $3,500 in an unspecified charge. I would take my business elsewhere, anyone reading this should caution with this place. More

They work together well, and, since buying a car can be stressful, it's important to be in a relaxed environment. I especially value the attention I was given by the salesperson Jake Chen. He is extremely attentive and authentic. I felt like a valued customer for whom it wanted to do well; I didn't feel like a wallet with feet. He works hard to make the experience smooth and efficient. Jason Manos in finance is also very good: intelligent, reliable, and experienced. I just wish this part of the experience could be a little faster: there are so many compliance items. That's not Jason's fault, of course. I just wish it weren't so. More

Honest dealer and that's hard to say I went to the dealership to look for a Toyota Sienna. I just came from huntington li toyota and they are crooks there. Bayridge didn't charge me any fees. List price was what it is. Clear and concise. Ronald the sales guy was very friendly and helpful and kept me posted of new cars coming in. Manager Juan was tough at first but when you get to know him, he's a good person. I bought the perfect car at a great deal. It was nice to know that some dealers won't try to pull a fast one. I would recommend anyone looking for a good certified toyota to come here. More

That being said, in all my years of dealing with honest and client service oriented staff at Bayridge Toyota, Ozzy Q is hands down the best representative I have ever dealt with at Bayridge Toyota. This is not a small task to accomplish because of their high standard of service. Hence, to have someone stand above the shoulders of others, is saying a lot. More
