Second car in a row I have taken there were they don’t even bother to fill the window washer fluid. Every other dealership i have taken cars to for an oil change has filled it up, but not them. Same with the tire pressures. they rotated the tires but didn’t just the tire pressure to account for the fact the front tires have are supposed to have a different pressure than the back. Weirdly, they check the tire depths but before they rotate so their readings for the front and back are reversed. More

Brand new Toyota Grand Highlander, 2400 miles now and brakes are vibrating. We walked into the dealer looking for Jeanne, and was approached by Skylar. We had requested to speak with Jeanne, Skylar then said my daughter had spoken to her yesterday, a blatant lie. When we had sat down to talk number after test driving the car, the sales manager had shown immense levels of disrespect to us both. He was rude, and displayed deceptive sales practices while we tried to buy a car for my college student daughter. He refused to work with us on our budget the payment was almost double what we had discussed well, and was practically pushing us out the door when we said that number would not work for us, as we had previously expressed we were working on a budget. It was only after an abrupt departure did they call us back saying they were able to find the car in Color and in stock that my daughter wanted at the payment we were looking for. Needless to say, we did not do business with them. They were horribly rude, and deceptive during our short time with them. Suburban Toyota of Troy jumped through hoops to make us feel welcome and respected they also did us far better than these people at Ann Arbor quickly getting us in and into my daughter’s dream car. We will never return Toyota of Ann Arbor. You’re better off doing business anywhere! More
