Having had my van for 13 years, I knew it was time to start looking for a new van, but emotionally I wasn't ready to get rid of the car I had. After test driving the Sienna van, Brandon made me fully co start looking for a new van, but emotionally I wasn't ready to get rid of the car I had. After test driving the Sienna van, Brandon made me fully comfortable in falling in love with the van, without any pressure. Once we sat down to talk specifics, he took away all our concerns and worked it out that we drove away with a new car, even though we came in not preparing to do so. He was fully understanding and he worked with the financial department to make magic for it all to work out. I am proud to say I am the owner of a new Toyota Sienna and I LOVE IT. Thank you Brandon. My husband and I had an excellant experience when shopping for a car. This was due to the fantastic salesman Brandon Torres.Brandon was very friendly,personable but most of all knowledgable. We always were very relaxed and never felt pressure from Brandon at anytime. He made us feel like part of a family.He showed us around every part of the building. The car service area was just unbelievable. The men working in that area were just as friendly and explained in detail what would go on when I bring my car in. Brandon continued to be courteous and very patient with us as we asked all our questions. We would definitely recommend this car dealer and Brandon to our family and friends. This is our second time coming back to this dealership. This experience was even better than the first (which was 3 yrs ago). Our salesman, Joe Orlando, was not only friendly, personable, and knowledgable, This experience was even better than the first (which was 3 yrs ago). Our salesman, Joe Orlando, was not only friendly, personable, and knowledgable, but he would not give up trying to get us the car we needed at a price that fit our budget. Not once during the time we were there did he make us feel uncomfortable about our price capability or look to rush us out when things weren't looking like it was a possibility in our budget. Then he spoke to Jamison Previte and made it all happen! They never gave up on trying to get us the car we wanted until they worked it out with us. We will be recommending these 2 fine gentlemen to our friends and family when the time comes for their next vehicle purchase. They were an absolute pleasure to work with! Typical car salesman experience everything is fine and dandy until the price of monthly payment game begins. Salesman tells you the current number is the best they can do then when you say it's no good t dandy until the price of monthly payment game begins. Salesman tells you the current number is the best they can do then when you say it's no good they find a better price ....back and forth, some annoying typical arrogant manager comes over and the prices they give you are nowhere near discussed possibilities when you think the price is going down the term of the loan is just getting longer without that even being told to you. blah blah blah .... all that is expected I guess. The most annoying part is that the salesman stated "I give you my word if we don't make a deal you will not be called on our behalf, we don't do that." Well of course it's been 2 days and I've been pestered ever since. Same old story the industry is just incredibly annoying and shallow and this place is no different. More

Our salesman, Deron Clayton was knowledgeable about the Prius we were interested in, patient while we test drove it and looked at several Lakewood. Very friendly and informative staff, not a pushy sales environment. Brandon took his time to work with me and didn't loose his patience when I kept changing my mind and asking questions. I never got the typical car salesman feeling which is refreshing because when I am spending $30,000.00 I do not like feeling like I am being scammed, I understand you are in the business of selling cars and I know it's going to cost me money but I like to think / feel that I am not being cheated or that once the sale is final you won't want to see me again. Brandon helped me find a car I was happy with and that I could afford and then he introduced me to the service staff and showed me their new facilities. I also received a follow up call from him and an email from Cary the manager to be sure that I was indeed happy with the car and the experience. Definitely exceeded all of my expectations, congrats to them all. More
