It was so refreshing dealing with people who are passionate about what they do. Deron, my salesperson, is more knowledgeable about his brand and the models than anyone I've encountered during my car passionate about what they do. They made the buying process so easy. They did not play the back and forth games that dealers play. They simply asked my husband and I if they could be excused for a moment to confer with their boss to see what they could save me. To our surprise, their boss Mark came over and introduced himself. He asked us if the Camry that Deron showed us had all the features that we needed in our new vehicle. He said the only reason he asked was because he wanted to make sure that this was the car we could envision in our driveway before he presented us with a number to "earn our business". My husband and I are not the easiest people to sell, but never were we asked before to let somebody "earn our business". Mark presented us his offer and we were a little taken back by the initial savings. We had just spent hours haggling with the Toyota in Toms River, by our house, to get relatively the same deal. Though Marks price was a little bit higher, my husband and I agreed. We just felt like these gentlemen had the customers best interest in mind. They gave us a renewed faith in the car buying process. They thanked us for the opportunity to service our needs and the General Manager himself, came out to thank us. The sales representative was Brandon Torres who took much time to answer our questions and was especially patient during negotiating a mutually agreeable trade in allowance for our Camry. When we agreed to everything, we made the purchase of a new (2013) Sienna 8-passenger XLT mini-van. Admittedly, there was a bit of friendly haggling, but in the end we were satisfied. We were treated in a courteous and friendly manner, and Mr. Torres answered all our question about the vehicle. Checking prices on-line, we believe we purchased the Sienna at a great price.
