However, I was really surprised by the level of disrespect and dishonesty people at the dealership have when I went to buy another car in the end of 2019. They offered me a payment of $500/m for 60m on a 22k purchase. That is about 20% interest rate. I purchased many cars in my life time and I do get surprised once in a while by what tricks dealers come up with. They blew my mind with tricks they used on me. Needles to say, I left and will never come back. You should just shop somewhere else. More

Dozens of other dealerships will provide you with a transparent Buyer's Order instantly. It's probably because Toyota World of Lakewood is hiding a bunch of hidden fees, even though the email I received stated "At Toyota World of Lakewood we pride ourselves on offering a “NO-NONSENSE” buying experience, so the quote you see above is the price you will pay. There are no games and no hidden fees." What a bunch a lies!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

After several unsuccessful calls to different local Toyota dealerships, I resolved to drive 45 minutes away from my home to go to Lakewood Toyota. Once arrived, Alexis Buono introduced me to Jessica Lobo who had tried her utmost, with respect and kindness to work with the maximum price I was willing to pay for Toyota RAV4 XLE 2019. I highly recommend Jessica, for she had stayed after closing hours just to ensure that I'm pleased with my out the door price.
