I really don't like giving a somewhat negative opinion but customer service is crummy and they should know. Start with trying to get through to an operator, and you're left nowhere cause they hardly eve but customer service is crummy and they should know. Start with trying to get through to an operator, and you're left nowhere cause they hardly ever pick up and you can't leave a message. I was once looking around the lot to purchase and they told me to sit on the lounge area and they'll get me a salesman. I waited over 20 minutes and no one came. I was looking at all the salesman sitting at their desks and there was 1 customer while all the others were free. In addition, I've been sent an email cause my lease is almost up. I emailed back twice and got 0 responses. I sent a separate email to that department and again received no response. They've given me an impression they have all the business in the world and don't need yours. I also have seen them treat people differently depending on the race/religion. As soon as my lease is done I'll shop somewhere else. More
