I had been looking at a new car to replace our last Corolla we were giving to our son for college next year, but wanted him to have it before summer to work before he leaves. We got a few prices from local dealers but decided to visit Toyota West over on Georgiaville Rd because its not far from Grove City and the price was close to all the others. We dealt with the internet guy Craig Wadding for a few days over the phone and email to get a good price. We used a trade in we had gotten when my mother passed away it had high miles and was older but they worked with me and got me a good price for it in trade. We were very happy with the way we were treated over email , the phone and in person. Even after the sale was finished they were all very nice, showed us all the new features on the new Camry we bought again before we drove off and scheduled our first oil change. Also with the money we saved on the Camry and what we got for our trade we decided to use some of that savings to get some extra things for the car, gap insurance and some warantee coverage that we would have usually passed on but wanted. Mark was very good at explaining how it all works so we were satisfied to get it. I thought about it later and glad we did. After the Corolla and now the Camry I think our family are Toyota people for good. And I will go back to see the people at Toyota West next time I need a car. I have already talked to several of my other family members and my friends I do league bowling with and told them to go there too for their next car. I really didn't think buying a car could be that easy, none of that high pressure flim flam stuff I remember the last time I was at a dealer. Keep up the good work guys you have a great team there.
