In searching for a new car, I decided upon buying a Toyota. I live close to Toyota West and decided to come in and check out some of their vehicles. He supplied me with a lot of knowledge, and showed me the different options I had as a buyer. I didn't buy a car the first time I was at Toyota West, but I did make several phone calls to Craig, and he was always professional and friendly which I greatly appreciated, and he even offered to help me out on his day off if it worked better for me and my schedule. The rest of the staff at Toyota West was friendly and professional, gave me a good trade in price for my car I was trading in, and from this experience, I will recommend Toyota West to people I know, and I will certainly be stopping at Toyota West first for any other vehicle needs I may have in the future. We have previously purchased 3 vehicles from used cars at Toyota Scion West and decided it was time for our first new vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, Jeremy and Terry went out of their way to answer m Toyota Scion West and decided it was time for our first new vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, Jeremy and Terry went out of their way to answer my questions and help me find the vehicle that fit my needs. They let me take the vehicle home and show it to my wife. They called to see if we had any additional questions and I never felt pressured. We went back a few hours later and felt very comfortable with the deal. We believe they gave us the best price and explained all the options thoroughly. Lee was very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the financing options. He was able to obtain an excellent interest rate while making us feel comfortable with our first new car purchase. Felix and Scott answered all of our future service questions and were very helpful and pleasant as well. Terry prepared the vehicle and fully explained the manual and options in our new Tacoma. I have had 6 Toyota vehicles, the latest, a 2005 Scion tc, which I have really enjoyed. After looking at many other models, I decided to buy another Scion at the closest dealership to me, which is in Athe tc, which I have really enjoyed. After 10 min. of being completely ignored in that dealership,I left, but subsequently sent them an email asking someone to call me.I guess because I expressed my displeasure at being ignored, they never responded in any way. I then decided to go to Scion West because of the great selection they had, better than any other dealership in the area. I was greeted by someone immediately and was directed to Sales Associate Craig Wadding, who was respectful, professional, and made my purchase a relaxed, pleasurable experience. Also extremely helpful was the finance man, whose name I would include, but I can't decipher his signature. Anyway, good, painless experience; I recommend it highly. More
