He was also the most helpful and was a complete pleasure to do business with. We did not encounter any high-pressure sales tactics (as we did at several other dealerships in the area), and by the time we settled on a vehicle, all our questions had been thoroughly addressed and we were completely satisfied with the purchase price and terms. I truly believe we got a great price on the vehicle and we were treated with complete fairness and honesty. We have previously purchased 3 vehicles from used cars at Toyota Scion West and decided it was time for our first new vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, Jeremy and Terry went out of their way to answer m Toyota Scion West and decided it was time for our first new vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, Jeremy and Terry went out of their way to answer my questions and help me find the vehicle that fit my needs. They let me take the vehicle home and show it to my wife. They called to see if we had any additional questions and I never felt pressured. We went back a few hours later and felt very comfortable with the deal. We believe they gave us the best price and explained all the options thoroughly. Lee was very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the financing options. He was able to obtain an excellent interest rate while making us feel comfortable with our first new car purchase. Felix and Scott answered all of our future service questions and were very helpful and pleasant as well. Terry prepared the vehicle and fully explained the manual and options in our new Tacoma. I have had 6 Toyota vehicles, the latest, a 2005 Scion tc, which I have really enjoyed. After looking at many other models, I decided to buy another Scion at the closest dealership to me, which is in Athe tc, which I have really enjoyed. After 10 min. of being completely ignored in that dealership,I left, but subsequently sent them an email asking someone to call me.I guess because I expressed my displeasure at being ignored, they never responded in any way. I then decided to go to Scion West because of the great selection they had, better than any other dealership in the area. I was greeted by someone immediately and was directed to Sales Associate Craig Wadding, who was respectful, professional, and made my purchase a relaxed, pleasurable experience. Also extremely helpful was the finance man, whose name I would include, but I can't decipher his signature. Anyway, good, painless experience; I recommend it highly. More

I had been looking at a new car to replace our last Corolla we were giving to our son for college next year, but wanted him to have it before summer to work before he leaves. We looked online and there were alot of Camry ads and deals. We got a few prices from local dealers but decided to visit Toyota West over on Georgiaville Rd because its not far from Grove City and the price was close to all the others. We dealt with the internet guy Craig Wadding for a few days over the phone and email to get a good price. We used a trade in we had gotten when my mother passed away it had high miles and was older but they worked with me and got me a good price for it in trade. We were very happy with the way we were treated over email , the phone and in person. Even after the sale was finished they were all very nice, showed us all the new features on the new Camry we bought again before we drove off and scheduled our first oil change. Also with the money we saved on the Camry and what we got for our trade we decided to use some of that savings to get some extra things for the car, gap insurance and some warantee coverage that we would have usually passed on but wanted. Mark was very good at explaining how it all works so we were satisfied to get it. I thought about it later and glad we did. After the Corolla and now the Camry I think our family are Toyota people for good. And I will go back to see the people at Toyota West next time I need a car. I have already talked to several of my other family members and my friends I do league bowling with and told them to go there too for their next car. I really didn't think buying a car could be that easy, none of that high pressure flim flam stuff I remember the last time I was at a dealer. Keep up the good work guys you have a great team there.
