I went to Toyota West looking for a good car and a good deal. I met Rusty Wilson first on the phone, then in person. I hope you know you found a great salesperson and an even better man when you hired Rusty. He really cares about his customers and made me feel like I had truely met a friend that day. I wasnt happy about my situation with my car...owing more than it was worth...and I was upset. He made me feel better by telling me everything I needed to know about the financing, the trade value, and all of my options. He gave me all the facts straight up...! He put me in the right car for the right price. Not only that, there were some additional items needed to obtain and install..and he got to working on them right away! I will most definetly visit this dealership again when it comes time to trade-in. Until then, I would recommend Rusty Wilson and Toy West to all of my friends an co-workers. Terry was willing to assist me in getting the assistance I needed; however, discussed alternatives with me first res that might have been available. It wasn't just a sale and out the door. Terry felt like an old friend by the time I left and provided professional follow-up without hounding and real sincerity.
