I have always drove a Honda and always worked with Honda representatives and was nervous about switching to another brand but Craig and Toyota West helped to ease my questions and concerns. We discussed what the different options were with the Tundra that I was looking at and also made a nice list of non-negotiables that I wanted to have in my next car. Craig and the team at Toyota did a nice job of treating us as a friend and a valuable customer from the second we walked in the door. They were very understandable of our need to stay on a budget and we ultimately were able to come up with a truck that was everything I wanted and it fit in our budget! More

Overall, We had a great experience at Toyota West. Craig Wadding met us shortly after we arrived at the car lot. He was very friendly and escorted us to several different models and colors of cars.
