Our salesman, Bart Zimmerman, was polite, knowledgeable, great at making himself available at our convenience and all around professional. When we had questions - they were answered. When we wanted something in particular - Bart would find it for us. I will happily recommend this dealership (and Bart) to all of our friends and family as I know that they will be treated fairly and turn the car buying experience into a pleasure rather than a headache. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service provided by Terry. We ended up at Toyota West because I met a client in Grove City and this was the closest Toyota dealership. Our plan was solely to test drive new cars at various makes and models, and Toyota West was first on our list. Neither one of us had ever been to this dealership or knew of its reputation. Terry put no pressure on us to buy a car, let alone the ones we tried. She was very professional in her dealings with us. We told Terry about our interest in the Camry and RAV4. I had recent driven a new RAV4 on a 700-mile trip with my in-laws, but my wife did not drive it. Though there were no new models on the lot, Terry brought us a used RAV4 in order for my wife to have the experience behind the wheel. We ended up buying the used RAV4, a 3-year-old V6 Limited with just 30,000 miles! The price was very reasonable as was our financing. Thank you Terry! More

Dean was incredibly helpful dealing with us throughout the entire process. We made several special requests and also asked for some time to figure out what was best for us. Dean was always accomadating an the entire process. We made several special requests and also asked for some time to figure out what was best for us.
