My mother has bought two new cars in the last five years and has never really been fully satisfied with her vehicles. She is very involved with all of her grandchildren and needed something that would fit a and has never really been fully satisfied with her vehicles. She is very involved with all of her grandchildren and needed something that would fit all of the kids and their booster seats, without feeling cramed together. I suggested we go look at Camry's. So she called your store and spoke with a wonderful man, Bart Zimmerman. He invited us to come look at the vehilces with no pressure to buy. So my mother and I packed up the three kids and drove to meet Bart. He was the kindest sales man we have ever meet. He was very informative about the vehicles and made us feel comfortable. He took us to the parking lot and told her to choose whatever color she wanted to test drive. My mom decided to go with a light green. We piled the kids in the car and off we went. I could see the joy in my moms face as soon as she sat in the car. When we returned there was Bart waiting for us with a smile. My mom decided to get the car. Just two hours later she was driving off the lot in her new 2012 Camry. My mom calls me everyday and thanks me for taking her to your store. She is so happy that she bought this car and swears she will never buy anything other than a Toyota. The car is wonderful and pretty much sold itself, however it was the sales man, Bart, who sealed the deal. He was very kind, informative, and didn't freak out when my kids were climbing in and out of the showroom vehicles. He never made us feel pressured to buy and that meant alot to us. Your company not only makes great cars but more importantly your company has a great sales men! Thank you! More

I was in the Toyota West Store on Monday the 16th and Bobby Vansickle helped me. I also worked with Mike Schroeder. I was looking for a smaller SUV when Bobby mentioned the RAV4.
