I went in to have my brakes done and I also had a water pump leak. Brian was very helpful in explaining the problem and very friendly. Brian went beyond his call of duty and that is why I always go back to this dealership for repair. Honest workers who care. Also I always ask for John for oil changes in service. Great man!! More

Brian is great and he has gone out of his way to check the maintenance lights on my Prius, explain what they mean, and make any needed repairs or adjustments to my Prius. He has been very patient, kind, and understanding and takes a lot of pride in going a good job on my car. I appreciate his professionalism and courteous manner. More
I would recommend this dealership, specifically Matt for his salesmanship. He was very patient with us, which means a lot since we were kind of a disaster. We came back 3 different days to test drive and re test drive, and he never once showed any annoyance at our reluctance to purchase anything. As for the dealership itself, I was impressed with how clean each of the cars were that we drove. We went to several other places and drove other cars that obviously were not detailed before putting out to sell. It's nice to feel like you are driving away in a new car, even if it isn't really new. The car we finally chose had a problem with the mirror, but Matt had the service department fix it and clean up the car before I picked it up. I was especially comforted by the fact that he gave me his cell number so I could contact him anytime, not just within his office hours. I even sent him an email on his scheduled day off, not expecting to hear back from him until the following day, but he emailed me back the same day. Overall, Matt and this dealership took a very stressful situation and tried their best to make it stress free and fun. I appreciate his patience and I feel they worked well with us to get the car we wanted inside of our budget. More

Michael is the kind of person who thinks he's not a pushy salesman because he tells you he's not a pushy salesman. But as I got closer to the point of sale, he'd do things like show me a price in the form of salesman because he tells you he's not a pushy salesman. But as I got closer to the point of sale, he'd do things like show me a price in the form of a monthly cost that he claims is so low it won't possibly be accepted, and tell me to sign my name next as a way of saying that by signing here, I agree to buy the car at that price. Shady. He also kept talking about a "virtual payment." I was buying a Prius and he kept saying that I need to factor in the gas money I'd be saving into the price of the car. For example, if my monthly payment would be $350, he would say that my "virtual payment" would be $300, because I'd be saving $50/month on gas. Not the case. I upgraded to the 2011 Prius from a 2002 Echo, and after driving it for a few weeks and filling up the tank a few times, I've found that the Echo gets the same if not better mileage than the Prius. So much for the "virtual payment." You'd think a Toyota car salesman would be aware of the mileage of other cars in their line. But I suppose it's my fault for trusting the expert when I knew better. On top of that, they spelled my name wrong in forms to sign over my title. Twice. Michael gave me a huge stack of business cards to pass out at work and even left me a voicemail asking if I could get his friend a job at my company. Awkward. I guess it wasn't a terrible experience. I expect all car salesmen to be pushy and deceptive. I love the car, but I wouldn't recommend this dealer to friends. More

I would definately recommend this dealership on many factors from appearance upon arrival to my greeting when i arrived to the exceptional care and service that was shown to me by Lee Lehman and Matt Ha factors from appearance upon arrival to my greeting when i arrived to the exceptional care and service that was shown to me by Lee Lehman and Matt Harris. This was a very inoppurtune time for me to be doing my car shopping do to health reasons. It was not easy for me to get in and out of vehicles due to my condition and sitting in a waiting area was not an option. I was in a postion of an ending lease that I had to be there at the time that I was. Lee knew my situation and made my experience as seemless as possible. He and Matt worked as a team for me, they discussed vehicles and narrowed down my choices prior to my having to climb in and out of a myriad of optioions. They both listened to my needs, both financial and personal and came up with a perfect match for me. I was so impressed by my care that i choose to use the dealerships service department for any service needs even though it is competely out of my way. In conclusion, I would again like to thank both Lee and Matt for their impecable service. I am a business owner in the columbus area and I understnd the importance of reputation. I will certainly contiue to recommend this dealership and those 2 employees.... More
