Will was so very nice and knowledgeable about the car i wanted, and he didn't pressure me like most salesmen at other places. This had made the second time i was there, the first time i had gotten a used c wanted, and he didn't pressure me like most salesmen at other places. we had a wonderful experience at Toyota West, they exemplify Customer Service. We have bought mostly Fords and a few Chevys in the past. Our Salesman was very friendly ,courtious and extremely knowlegeable about the vehicles. We did not feel presured which is extremely important to me.....they worked with us and gave us the best deal possible. When we left there we felt like we were important to them, like Customer Service used to be 30 years ago. My Husband and I have already discussed buying another vehicle from Toyota West in a few years... the true test will be the service we will receive over the next few years.... from what we have seen so far , Toyota West knows the true meaning of Customer Service, something I do not see much of in this day and age.......
