I have purchased the last four cars I've owned from Toyota West. This includes my most recent purchase this past weekend. His dedication to his customer is paramount. Bart's knowledge of the cars was limitless. He made sure that I understood the features of the audio system and answered all of my questions before I drove the new car off the lot. No pressure what so ever. I was in the Toyota West Store on Monday the 16th and Bobby Vansickle helped me. I also worked with Mike Schroeder. I was looking for a smaller SUV when Bobby mentioned the RAV4. Will was so very nice and knowledgeable about the car i wanted, and he didn't pressure me like most salesmen at other places.
