We (my husband and I) did not have to wait long for a salesman to ask if he could help us. When told we just wanted to look around, he did not pressure us but directed to where the type of car we were l salesman to ask if he could help us. We purchased a Rav4 one and one-half years ago from Gary Beck at Toyota West. We loved the car. We also loved the 2 yr. free service from Toyota West. I was hit by a van last week and the Rav4 was a total loss. We then had to purchase another vehicle. We definitely wanted to stay with the Rav4 and with Toyota West. We called Gary Beck and he had a Rav4 for us that day. We purchased it that day. Gary did a great job. We were also very impressed with our experience in finance, with Marc Hilton.
