During our recent visit to Toyota West, we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle at the time. We drove a Highlander that was on the lot just for "future reference". We talked with Bart Zimmerman after the drive who went over some of the financing and available rebates. There was absolutely no pressure which made the experience extremely comfortable. Since we keep our vehicles for years, we went home and made a list of the features and colors of the vehicle that we would have liked. We called Bart and within an hour, he had found EXACTLY what we were looking for. We picked it up three days later and have been thrilled with our new car and the whole experience. I wanted to share with you, my fantastic experience at Toyota West. I was looking for a car for my wife and visited the used car section. I must tell you that I have been buying cars for over 30 years and can honestly say that Rod has been the best salesman I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. His desire to provide customer satisfaction is unmatched!!!!! When I entered the office, Rod greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to understand my needs and concerns as well as providing me several options. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Avenger with only 1600 miles on it and at a very competitive price. Rod's attention to detail and follow up through the entire sales process left me with a high degree of satisfaction. I am in sales myself and have been for 25 years. I went in to see what the trade-in value was on my Camry because I have been wanting to sit up higher. I wasn't actually looking to buy or lease anything right now.
