WHAT AN EXPERIENCE, i THOUGHT I WANTED A F-150 FROM FORD ,after poor customer service from Circleville Ford dealer, I stopped by Toyota to check out a Tundra, ROBERT SMART greeted me, he wasn't one of those ,after poor customer service from Circleville Ford dealer, I stopped by Toyota to check out a Tundra, ROBERT SMART greeted me, he wasn't one of those pushy kind of reps, just down to earth, sense of humor and now a friend, bought me a 2012 Tundra, they bought me a tank of gas when i came in to have an accessory installed just because the wrong parts showed up, offered me a loaner etc. what a team what place ,what a salesman, thank you Robert Smart!! I will go back there for my wife's vehicle next. More

When purchasing a new vehicle, whether it be an older or newer model, All customers should be treated the same and afforded the same treatment and complimentaries. We were told that new vehicle purchesers w newer model, All customers should be treated the same and afforded the same treatment and complimentaries. We were told that new vehicle purchesers were given a full tank of gas when a used vehicle customer only received a half tank of gas. Upon delivery of our vehicle we in turn only received $5.00 worth of gas with the statement that the gas was being monitored due to the average price of gasoline. In past purchases, we as new vehicle buyers were given a full tank of gas and perks, like free gift items thanking us for our purchase and with our recent purchase of a used car, we were afforded none of that only $5.00 in gas which did not help much seeing as though the vehicle we purchased was past the empty mark when we test drove it. We just believe that all vehicle purchase buyers should be treated and afforded the same whether they are purchasing a new or used vehicle. Our Sales Agent, Terry Williams, did the best she could to get us what she could and we appreciate that! Thank You! More

Bought a regular cab pickup. Next day I had concerns about the passenger airbag and my 6 year old. Saleperson very helpful and researched but I still was not comfortable and the next day I went to deale about the passenger airbag and my 6 year old. Saleperson very helpful and researched but I still was not comfortable and the next day I went to dealership and asked manager if I could return the truck and he said no. Since purchase no one from the dealership has contacted me. I do have a few other minor concerns. Like installation of rear wheel well liner, small fender scratch, steering wheel not centered, tight driver seat belt, and was told oil change interval is 10K but manual clearly stated 5K. More
