The sales process went nicely, but after that it has turned into a nightmare. No sales manager is ever available, they won't return my calls. I've been waiting 2 months for this check. It does not take 2 months to mail something. But since nobody there will answer or call me back. There's no way for me to know if it's lost or never sent.
