I've been with Toyota for almost a year and they have always changed my tires when they needed to be changed. Today it is a different story they will only change my tires under certain circumstances. If you have ever purchased Tire and Wheel protection you know it cost an additional $2, 000 or so and is only valid up to 75,000 miles. It's cheaper for me to just keep the additional funds charged on my monthly bill, pay for my own tires, and save my money. It's unfortunate when products or services are misrepresented inside of the sales room. Please do not let salesmen trick you into buying these packages. Its simply away for them to get an extra commission. The buyers are the ones that suffer from these situations. Today I had an unpleasant experience with Raymond the shop manager. Raymond lacked basic customer service skills. He sat in his office with three or four people cracking jokes and chomping down glazed donuts. When I asked him about my previous history regarding my tires he acted as though he didn't see it. When I know for a fact I have gotten my tires changed multiple times. Raymond failed to apologize or even try to find a common ground or compromise. I believe both the shop and sales office should be reprimanded. At this point I don't even want the car anymore . I truly wish the world was a more honest place it's unfortunate how companies prey on people trying to simply purchase a car to get from a to b. Awesome and simple I visit this dealership for my oil change and five point inspection every 5000 miles on my Toyota Camry. Thanks to the Toyota Care Package that we have purchased, I get these services for free. I really quite like the papers that they give me to show me how my car fluids, my brakes, and my tires are doing. The workers here are quite friendly and very sociable which makes it so much easier for someone like me to have a great experience :) More

Friendly service They appeared to be busy, but even with having a pre-scheduled appointment my oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours and then they had to repl They appeared to be busy, but even with having a pre-scheduled appointment my oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours and then they had to replace a tire, which took another 2 hours. However, the serviceman I worked with, Erick Gomez, was very nice and extremely helpful when there was a miscommunication about whether or not they could replace my tire with a nail in it, which was luckily still under its one year warranty. Also, the cashiers were all very friendly and good at building rapport with me while I paid my service bill. Overall, good experience! More
