I signed the paperwork - and after traveling about 0.3 miles the left rear tire fell off my truck - I believe the lug nuts were not put on the studs - Steve the Service Manager indicated the lug nuts were improperly installed - either way all 6 lug nuts are missing - and the wheel is off the truck. I CALLED OUR SERVICE ADVISOR DYLAN AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION - DYLAN SAID THEY WILL COME OUT AND HELP - HE SAID GET A TOW TRUCK AND IF YOU CHOOSE BRING YOUR TRUCK BACK - WE WILL LOOK AT IT. I called AAA - the Stockton Police Arrived - my wife called Toyota Town again -- We were stuck JUST PAST the intersection of Hammer and West Lane - A VERY DANGEROUS INTERSECTION in the middle lane - for 35 - 45 minutes - Finally mechanics from Toyota Town arrived - placed the tire rim back on the truck and drove back to the agency. - I WOULD SAY A LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL ON THE MECHANIC SIDE TO THE EQUATION AND A CARE LESS ATTITUDE ON THE PART OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR PLACED MY WIFE AND I, THE STOCKTON POLICE AND THE MOTORIST TRAVELING IN OR AROUND THAT INTERSECTION IN VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. Maintenance appointment My regular maintenance appointment went fine. But after a couple of weeks a warning came up om my 2019 car. I did not have an appointment but it was s My regular maintenance appointment went fine. But after a couple of weeks a warning came up om my 2019 car. I did not have an appointment but it was serious enough for me to want my car to be checked. I did not get the same good service as I did when I had just a regular maintenance. This made me very concerned because i had to contact service being after 8 hrs they had not contacted me. Also the lady that spoke to my husband said thing that he knew I would be very upset about. I had to call 5x to reach a service manager which also concerned me. My car did get fixed but I now feel concerned every time I have to take my car in. I will have to see how it goes the next time I have to take my car in. Unfortunately there was no real customer service once my car got there. More

5000 mile service on June 19, 2019 Service employee (Mark Stults) took the trouble to research maintenance data on my 2005 Prius (over 400,000 miles), and found that Fuel Induction Clea Service employee (Mark Stults) took the trouble to research maintenance data on my 2005 Prius (over 400,000 miles), and found that Fuel Induction Cleaning had not been done for over 100,000 miles.
