I like how the customer service reps work as a team. If one is backed up another will step up to help if able. I like that I get a full report. Whenever I get my car serviced at Toyota town of Stockton, the staff is always so helpful and informative. I made and appointment for 2:10, and arrived early. Erik Gomez processed my paperwork within a few minutes, he got me a great service deal and didn't try to upsell any unnecessary services.
