Have serviced my new (to me) vehicles here at Toyota town of Stockton for the past 2 years. Whether it be a scheduled appointment or walk-in, my experience with service advisor Kue Vang always makes my exper of Stockton for the past 2 years. Whether it be a scheduled appointment or walk-in, my experience with service advisor Kue Vang always makes my experience with Toyota Town of Stockton a breeze every time. This last visit I was lucky enough to get Kue as my service advisor. Kue took initiative to ask and note down any of my concerns, confirmed maintenance services, and provided an estimated time. While my car was being serviced Kue was kind enough to check in with me and provide updates as well. Upon check out Kue confirmed all services that were completed and raised awareness regarding their findings from inspections (soon to come repairs that I was already aware of & expecting). Rather than letting customers overcrowd the waiting areas a passing by female mechanic took the initiative to get my info and bring my truck to me. Overall experience from the consistent communication, the efficiency, and integrity - all made me feel welcomed, secured & at ease with my car being worked on. More

This review is based on my experience with Tony as my salesperson. As a first-time car buyer, I came in knowing the basics—ask to see the full contract before putting down a payment, get the total pri salesperson. As a first-time car buyer, I came in knowing the basics—ask to see the full contract before putting down a payment, get the total price (car + fees) in writing before discussing financing, and don’t sign anything without written confirmation of the terms. Even after I told them I’d be paying with a personal check, they didn’t want to show me the full contract until I gave them my credit card. When I asked for the loan cancellation terms to be written down, I was told it couldn’t be done—until I kept pushing, and then they gave me an updated contract that included it. I had set everything up myself, but Tony kept speaking to my dad instead of me. When I asked questions, he said I “don’t understand” and used the fact that I was a first-time buyer to justify not answering directly. A lot of things I was told weren’t possible ended up being possible after I insisted. If you’re buying here, especially on your own, you’ll need to advocate for yourself and make sure everything is in writing before you agree to anything. More
