Sent this to Toyota on Western day and 1/2 ago. .. First, I travel past other Toyota dealerships because I had always been happy with the service that you provided. Second, I am fine with the .. Second, I am fine with the quality of service, but, not with the communication nor time it took for the service this past visit. I was informed that an oil change and tire rotation would take 2 hours (and cost over $200.. which was changed when he checked my warrantee which I had told him that I had previously). Really? I was then informed that a recall would needed to be done (fine) that would add an additional hour. After 2 ¼ hours I was informed that there was other work that was recommended. This was texted to me (I was not on my phone, I was in the waiting room) and somebody came out to inform me. I turned down the extras (was confused why they weren’t covered in the extra warrantee that I bought from you.. I do know the tires weren’t covered). I walked to the service area and my car was sitting there for an additional 45 minutes (my agent told me he had yet to do the bill.. which was covered on my warrantee.. no charges). Third, weather stripping popped out of groove and I asked to pop it back in. Agent told me that they couldn’t do it and it would cost $245 to fix. When I checked, the maintenance guy had fixed it. Voila. Suspicious? LOL. I left approximately 3 hours after I arrived. Oh.. and then I heard a rattle in back of car. Somebody left an empty fluid container that was banging around. I was in Florida during my last maintenance. 1 hour. Oil change and rotation. Said my tires looked fine and should last another 10k. I was going to wait for you guys to do it. Loyalty. Yeah… No xx. So yeah… not happy. p.s. rated an employee but did not "take names" More

Vehicle service center customer service are very bad,un organized, employees sipping coffee and smoking inside the operating room while working on cars, 2 1/2 to 3 hours for oil change , and they dont work organized, employees sipping coffee and smoking inside the operating room while working on cars, 2 1/2 to 3 hours for oil change , and they dont work on issues you ask then to fix and diagnose, very careless of people time and satisfaction. You make an appointment and you tell them what needs to be worked on but once you go their they disregard and then then lie about the situation so you have to schedule another appointment to fix the same issue that you needed to be worked on the first time. Also requested to speak to supervisor or manager but he wont talk to me , very disappointing and disrespectful. Will never take my car to that location again. Submitted a complaint with general Toyota main office and will follow up on it. More

I’ve been coming to this dealership for many many years, in addition to service I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from them. I remember when Gali was in sales.
