Sure, here's a more polished version: --- A little over two weeks ago, I purchased a 2024 Toyota Venza. Within 48 hours, the windshield developed a crack about a foot and a half long while I was drivi over two weeks ago, I purchased a 2024 Toyota Venza. Within 48 hours, the windshield developed a crack about a foot and a half long while I was driving. When I contacted the sales representative, Ismael, his immediate response was, "We cannot do anything about it. Call your insurance," without even inspecting the damage. I requested to speak with the General Manager, but that attempt was unsuccessful. During the paperwork process, I noticed an excess charge of over $450 in tax. The finance representative, Tom, mentioned that there was an error in the computer application they were using, so we had to manually calculate and enter the correct amount. Additionally, I purchased an extended warranty for the windshield, tires, etc., and Tom added an 8.5% tax to that. To my knowledge, extended warranties are not taxable. Note: For new buyers or those who have already purchased a vehicle from this dealer, please review your receipt and calculate your tax to ensure you have not been overcharged.
