Ken Richardson is YOUR to go man for a sale. I went in this week looking to a lease a Toyota as my car had broke down recently. My cousin referred me to Ken as they've had done business before. W I went in this week looking to a lease a Toyota as my car had broke down recently. My cousin referred me to Ken as they've had done business before. When I met Ken, he introduced himself, was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, NOT pushy. It's difficult to find a salesperson nowadays that aren't pushy - since most of them have "quotas" to meet. Ken at no point pressured me into any sales during the visit. Instead, Ken handled me the keys and let me test drive the vehicles as pleased. When I came back, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the cars and service. He's a relaxed kinda guy and makes you feel at ease. He is also the guy that will give you the BEST rate around town. I ended up leasing a vehicle at another location due to convenience and location (Direct is about ~25 miles away from my home vs 2 mile trip at the next dealer) but I'll be referring everyone to ken for their toyota needs. If you do decide to go to Toyota Direct, ask for Ken. He's the best. More
