Rich, our sales contact, was great to work with and took good care of us. There was a communication issue regarding when we would take delivery of our vehicle, which is the reason for only the "good" ratin good care of us. We purchased the vehicle on a Saturday but they had to do a dealer trade to get us the color we wanted, so they told us it would be available for us on Tuesday. I didn't hear anything further so I called them at 5 PM on Tuesday to confirm and was told it wasn't getting to the dealership until late that night. Our sales contact was off on Wednesday so we had to wait until Thursday to take delivery of our car. It wasn't the delay that was upsetting, it was the fact that no one called us to tell us we couldn't pick it up Tuesday evening. We were also told it was exactly the same as the vehicle we test drove, but in reality it did not have one of the options. Toyota Direct did install that option for us though at no additional charge, which was very nice and satisfying. More

I emailed Toyota Direct and a few other local Toyota dealers after visiting another local dealership that did not have my vehicle in stock. It took a few trips to finalize details of my trade in and complete the financing, but overall they were very mindful of my time and did not have me wait around for hours for administrative items. We spoke on the phone to set up an appointment and he did not keep me waiting. We did the test drive with Rich teaching me the correct way to use the car and its options, assessed my trade-in, discussed the differences in the available options, chose the car, set up the financing, and closed the deal in about 3 hours. Rich went to great effort to make sure that I understood what the car is capable of and what I can expect. His manager and financial officer were also very helpful.
